MyAnswerMachine, operated by Peirce Labs Inc, is the sender of this SMS program. It sends one requested online booking link after a caller expressly agrees to receive that text. There is no recurring marketing enrollment. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent during a call

Callers request an online booking link during a conversation with MyAnswerMachine. Before sending, MyAnswerMachine identifies itself as the SMS sender, explains what will be sent, and asks for express verbal permission. A booking inquiry by itself is not consent. No text is sent when the caller declines. The system retains the recipient, request and consent evidence, timestamp, and sending outcome.
